Eligibility Criteria – Kaun Apply Kar Sakta Hai?

Nationality:

• Indian citizen hona chahiye
• Nepal/Bhutan ka subject bhi apply kar sakta hai (with certificate of eligibility)

Educational Qualification:

Junior Statistical Officer (JSO)	Bachelor’s degree + 60% in Maths in 12th OR Statistics as subject in graduation
Statistical Investigator Grade-II	Bachelor’s degree with Statistics as subject in all 3 years
All Other Posts	Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from recognized university

Age Limit (Post-wise):

20-30 years	Assistant Section Officer, Sub Inspector CBI
18-30 years	Inspector of Income Tax, Assistant Enforcement Officer

Age Relaxation:

• OBC – 3 years extra
• SC/ST – 5 years extra
• PwD – 10 years extra (General), 13 years (OBC), 15 years (SC/ST)

Application Fee

• General/OBC – ₹100
• SC/ST/PwD/Women – Exempted (free)

SSC One-Time Registration (OTR) – Sabse Important Step

SSC ne ab OTR mandatory kar diya hai. Bina OTR ke aap CGL 2026 ke liye apply nahi kar sakte .

OTR Kaise Karein:

1. SSC ki official website ssc.gov.in par jayein
2. “Login or Register” par click karein
3. “Register Now” select karein
4. Personal details bharain – naam, DOB, contact
5. Identity proof provide karein – Aadhaar/PAN
6. Educational details fill karein
7. Password create karein aur submit karein
8. Registration ID save karlein – future exams ke liye useful rahega

OTR Ke Liye Required Documents

OTR complete hone ke baad:

1. Registration ID aur password se login karein
2. SSC CGL 2026 application form fill karein
3. Documents upload karein
4. Application fee pay karein
5. Final submit karein

Physical Eligibility (Sirf Specific Posts Ke Liye)

Inspector (CBN/Excise) – Male:

• Height – 157.5 cm
• Chest – 81 cm (expanded, 5 cm minimum expansion)
• Walking – 1600 m in 15 minutes

Inspector (CBN/Excise) – Female:

• Height – 152 cm
• Weight – 48 kg
• Walking – 1 km in 20 minutes

Sub Inspector CBI – Male:

• Height – 165 cm
• Chest – 76 cm (expanded)
• Vision – 6/6 aur 6/9 distant

1. Tier 1 – Preliminary Exam (Objective type)
2. Tier 2 – Mains Exam (Objective + Descriptive)
3. Tier 3 – Skill Test (Typing/Computer proficiency)

5. Medical Examination
